DESCRIPTION:West Midlands Palestine Solidarity Campaign has organized a Pal
 estine Awareness Day during the May Day Bank Holiday.\nThe bombing and des
 truction of Gaza in 2014 left over 2000 Palestinians dead and much of Gaza
  was reduced to rubble.\nMany people are still without shelter throughout 
 the winter.\nUnder these circumstances\, it is essential that we stand by 
 the Palestinians and heed their call for Boycott\,\nDivestment and Sanctio
 ns to bring about an end to the occupation.\nThere will be information on 
 the BDS Campaign that the Palestinian Civil Society has been co-ordinating
  since 2005\,\nand information about what individuals can do in this\, and
  other campaigns to help end the illegal occupation of Palestine and siege
  of Gaza.\nThere will be BOuncy castle\, slides and other amusements for c
 hildren.\nIt will be a family event for a May Day Bank Holiday just before
