 e Great March of Return in Gaza\nOnce again we're calling on all our membe
 rs and supporters to join us on Saturday to show solidarity with the peopl
 e of Gaza on their Great March of Return. Thanks to all of you who have ta
 ken part since the Great March started in late March.\n\nLast Friday (27 A
 pril) Ma'an News reported Israeli army forces killed three Palestinian pro
 testers and left more than six-hundred injured in another deadly day of de
 monstrations on the Gaza border. Of the 611 injured\, 154 were struck by l
 ive ammunition from Israeli forces\, according to Gaza's health ministry. 
 The demonstrations have left a total of 45 Palestinians dead\, with a repo
 rted 5\,500 injured. There have been no reports of Israeli fatalities.\n\n
 Israel's response to the demonstrators has come under fierce criticism fro
 m the UN Commissioner for Human Rights\, Zeid Ra'ad al-Hussein\, who calle
 d for into question the Israeli army's use of "excessive force"\, adding t
 hat Israel should be held to account. But the UK government remains silent
  - its refusal to condemn the killings is tantamount to a full endorsement
  of war crimes.\n\nTogether with supporters of the Palestinians all over t
 he world\, we will stand in solidarity with the people of Gaza on Saturday
 \, for a vigil and demonstration at the Clock Tower starting at 12 noon. W
 e need a really strong turnout on Saturday to get the message across.\n\nL
