DESCRIPTION:\n\nPalestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) and Zaytoun are partner
 ing to bring you this exciting opportunity to join talented Palestinian ch
 ef Maha Salah for a live Zoom cook-along event\, raising money for PSC’s
  vital campaigning work.\n\nMaha is a Palestinian chef and food blogger fo
 r Middle East Monitor. She is currently living in the UK – her fifth cou
 ntry - and her travels are heavily reflected in her food. She carries a li
 ttle bit of everywhere with her in her recipes\, and is not afraid of merg
 ing flavours and cuisines to create innovative yet traditional recipes.\n\
 nWe will also be joined by Manal Ramadan White\, Zaytoun’s Managing Dire
 ctor. A Palestinian who grew up in the diaspora\, her love of food and yea
 rning to connect with Palestine inspired her to join Zaytoun in 2009.  Sh
 e will give some insight into the ingredients and the inspirational Palest
 inian producers behind them.\n\nOnce you have successfully registered for 
 the event\, you will receive a digital dining pack in your confirmation em
 ail which will include your ingredients list. \n\nDietary note: The recipe
 s for the evening include chicken which can be replaced with roasting vege
 tables for a vegan option\, and gluten which can be omitted for a GF optio
 n.\n\nPLEASE NOTE: We advise you to register early so you have a chance to
  order any necessary ingredients through our shop which may not be availab
 le at your local supermarket such as maftoul\, za'atar and Palestinian oli
