Join Palestinian chef Maha Salah at this masterclass for a chance to learn how to make fatayer pastries. Maha will guide you through how to make spinach, cheese and meat versions of the quintessentially traditional Palestinian starter. This event is raising money for PSC’s vital campaigning work, and is co-hosted by Zaytoun CIC.
Maha is a Palestinian chef and food blogger for Middle East Monitor. She is currently living in the UK – her fifth country – and her travels are heavily reflected in her food. She carries a little bit of everywhere with her in her recipes, and is not afraid of merging flavours and cuisines to create innovative yet traditional recipes.
