Lisa Dundas from Coventry Friends of Palestine will give an illustrated talk about her project to Feed a Village in Palestine.
Lisa who works in Leamington has developed this project herself and in doing so has visited a number of villages in the West Bank and will be returning in December to reinforce, extend and witness the benefits of this project. She will explain how it works and benefits the villages – one of which is Bi’lin – and particularly the project’s sustainability. She terms it ‘the gift that keeps on giving’.
During the evening there will be another opportunity to view the Silent Voices exhibition, buy Palestinian produce and talk to members of Justice for Palestinians, many of whom have visited the West Bank. This is a free event although donations towards Lisa’s project will of course be very welcome.
