Canadian-Israeli independent journalist and film maker, David Sheen, will give a lecture and slideshow on Israel / Palestine – The Bullet, The Ballot and The Boycott. The presentation will deal with Israeli incitement to racist violence, the focus of his on-the-ground reporting for the past five years.

The core of the presentation concerns the dehumanizing discourse towards Palestinians, Africans and other ethnicities by top Israeli political and religious leaders and the vigilante attacks they inspire, spiking recently during the assault on the Gaza Strip in summer 2014. It will include some material Sheen presented at the Russell Tribunal on Palestine in Brussels, as well as new information that has never been made public anywhere else in English.

Please arrive at 7pm for a prompt presentation start at 7.30pm.

The venue is on the corner of Church Lane, Leytonstone and the High Street. Nearest station: Leytonstone (Central Line).

Refrehsments will be available, and stalls with information on Palestine. Free entrance, with a collection towards campaigning expenses.
