Have you joined one of the historic rallies for Palestine over the last two months? Joined PSC as a new member after being part of your local actions? Spoken to your colleagues or union about how you can take action in solidarity with Palestine?
Join us in London on Thursday December 14 for a public meeting to discuss the next steps in building a strong, sustainable movement for a free Palestine.
Palestine Solidarity Campaign has been a key organiser of the massive marches for Palestine in London over the past few months, when millions of us took to the streets of the capital as we demand an immediate, permanent ceasefire now. But the Palestinian struggle for justice did not begin this year, and a much-needed ceasefire on its own won’t address the root causes of injustice. Palestinians have called on us, the solidarity movement, to campaign for freedom and justice until they achieve liberation, and PSC has been answering that call, year-round, for decades. PSC is the largest Palestine solidarity organisation in Europe, with 76 local branches, 15 affiliated national Trade Unions and thousands of individual members powering our movement. We are active on the streets, in colleges and universities, in workplaces and in communities up and down the country. Joining your local Palestine Solidarity Campaign Branch has never been more important!
Join us to discuss our campaigns going forward – both locally and nationally – and to hear from London PSC Branches about how you can get involved in organising in your local area for freedom and justice for the Palestinian people.
Speakers: Kamel Hawwash, PSC Chair; Omar Barghouti, co-founder of the Palestinian BDS movement; Jeremy Corbyn, MP for Islington North and PSC patron; Ben Jamal, PSC Director; Louise Regan, PSC Vice Chair and National Education Union Executive Committee; plus PSC London Branch chairs!
The meeting is fully booked. To join the wait list please email [email protected]
