  East Studies. He has lectured at Universities in The Uk and the Middle Ea
 st.\nPhilip is the author of "Refugees in a Global Era: (2006)\, "Egypt\, 
 the Moment of Change" (2009)\, "Egypt: Contested Revolution" (2016) and "P
 alestine\, Imperialism and the Struggle for Freedom" (2025) He has also co
 -authored and contributed to many other books\, and has supported the Move
 ment for Palestinian Freedom and Self-Determination for many years.\n\nLuc
 a Salice | Moderator\nLuca Salice is a translator and visiting lecturer at
  the University of Westminster. He has for many years been an activist wit
 h the Palestine Solidarity Campaign. He is currently Chair of Westminster
