DESCRIPTION:\n\nWe are calling on workers across all sectors to take part i
 n the next Workplace Day of Action for Palestine on Thursday 12th February
 \, to challenge complicity in Israel’s genocide and demand justice for t
 he Palestinian people. \n\nFrom local government pension fund investments
  and corporate contracts to cultural partnerships and suppression of Pales
 tine solidarity\, British institutions are tied to and support systems whi
 ch enable Israel's genocide and system of apartheid against the Palestinia
 n people.  \n\nWorkplace days of action are a way for us as workers to 
 confront their complicity\, to demand boycott\, divestment and sanctions a
 nd to get organised. \nHow to take part: \nStep 1: Pledge to take part
 !\nPledge to take part HERE. \n\nBy letting us know you will be taking par
 t\, you will receive access to updates\, resources and support from PSC in
  the build up to the day\, and afterwards. If you are interested in takin

 re   \n\nStep 2: Download the workplace organising toolkit\nAfter regis
 tering\, you’ll receive access to our organising toolkit\, including gui
 dance\, resources\, and practical ideas to help you plan an action in your
  workplace and communicate about the day with your colleagues. \n\nStep 3
 : Organise with your colleagues\nWork with your colleagues to decide on th
 e most effective action for your workplace. No action is too small. \n\n 
 	For your first time taking an action\, we would advise hosting a union or
  staff meeting to launch your workplace campaign for Palestine and startin
 g conversations about how your workplace is complicit\n 	Launching a petit
 ion or open letter to management to put across demands for boycotts and di
 vestments\n 	Coordinating a visible collective workplace action\, e.g. wea
 ring badges for Palestine\, putting up posters or staging a lunch time wal
 kout. \n 	Building an ongoing organising group beyond the day itself to ta
 ke forward the demands and keep building the momentum. \n\n \nWhy a work
 place day of action?: \n\n\n 	They send a clear message to employers\, ge
 nocide is a workers issue as much as pay\, terms and conditions. Trade uni
 ons have a long history of international solidarity and struggle for worke
 rs rights and Palestine are connected. \n 	They build power in the workpla
 ce\, creating opportunities for colleagues to organise together\, often fo
 r the first time around shared support for Palestine and anti-colonialism.
 \n 	They challenge institutional complicity\, putting pressure on employer
 s to end investments\, contracts\, and partnerships tied to Israel's genoc
 ide and open up a space to demand a break from the norm of unethical inves
 tments and purchases\n \n\nWhether you are experienced or new to workplac
 e organising\, this day is about taking collective steps to break silence 
 in workplaces in Britain and answer the call of Palestinians for boycotts\
 , divestment and sanctions against Israel. \n\nRegister now\, download th
