The event will hear from leading campaigners in both Palestine a nd Britain and the opportunity to vote to set our policies\, priorities an d to elect our volunteer leadership for the year ahead.\n\nAhead of the AG M on Saturday 14th February 2026 there are numerous ways for you to take part:\n\n \n\n Register to attend\, whether as an individual member or a s a delegate from your branch or affiliated organisation\n Submit a motio n or amendment\n Stand for election to the PSC Executive Committee\n\n\n\ n \;\n\nTo find out more about the AGM process\, please see the follow ing sections:\n\n\nRegistration\nAll PSC individual members are entitled t o attend the AGM\, as are delegates from PSC branches and affiliated organ isations. To be entitled to vote you\, or your organisation\, must be a fu lly paid-up member by Friday 14th November 2025. If you are unsure of whet her your membership is up to date\, please register and we will be in touc h if any payment is due. Online registration is open until Friday 6th Febr uary 2026 at 5pm. Postal registration closes on Wednesday 11th February 20 26 at 5pm.\n\nAll individual members receive one vote. Branches and affili ated organisations receive one vote\, except for national organisations wi th over 100\,000 members which are entitled to 3 votes. One person may hol d their own vote plus those of a branch or affiliate but will be required to cast all votes they hold in the same way during each vote.\n\nIf you wi sh to cast your individual vote as a member alongside any votes on behalf of a branch or affiliate\, please complete both forms.\nREGISTER AS AN IND IVIDUAL\nREGISTER ON BEHALF OF YOUR BRANCH OR AFFILIATE\nREGISTER BY POST\ n\nMotions process\nPrior to the AGM\, the Executive Committee in consulta tion with Branch representatives attending our regular Branch Forums will compile PSC’s Annual Plan. This proposal is put to the AGM for approval and forms the core of our planned work over the coming year. In addition t o the Annual Plan\, the AGM can consider motions which\, if passed\, are i ntegrated into the plan.\n\nMotions must be submitted using the following form by 5pm on Friday 19th December 2025. After the distribution of motion s\, any amendments must be submitted using the following form by 5pm on Fr iday 30th January 2026.\n\nTo allow for a more accessible debate\, we requ est that members keep all motions below 300 words and all amendments below 100 words (full details are in PSC's constitution).\n\nTo submit a motion or amendment\, please use the following form:\nSUBMIT A MOTION\nSUBMIT AN AMENDMENT\n\nElections to the PSC Executive Committee\nThe AGM elects mem bers to serve on PSC’s Executive Committee and help lead the campaign un til the next AGM. The Executive meets in full at least six times a year wi th members also taking on diverse areas of work\, from campaign planning a nd organisational oversight to representing us externally or contributing to building PSC in different areas of society. Most meetings take place vi rtually. The Executive Committee constitute the Board of Directors of Pale stine Solidarity Campaign Ltd. meaning members will be registered with Com panies House\, with their name publicly listed as part of PSC's company in formation.\n\nThe positions available are Chair\, two Vice-Chairs\, Secret ary\, Treasurer\, Trade Union Liaison Officer\, plus 8 general Executive M embers.\n\nAt least one Vice-Chair must be a woman.
