The event will hear from leading campaigners in both Palestine an d Britain and the opportunity to vote to set our policies\, priorities and to elect our volunteer leadership for the year ahead.\n\nAhead of the AGM on Saturday 30th January 2027 there are numerous ways for you to take pa rt:\n\n \n\n Register to attend\, whether as an individual member or as a delegate from your branch or affiliated organisation\n Submit a motion or amendment\n Stand for election to the PSC Executive Committee\n Stand for election to the PSC Appeals Committee\n\n\n\n \;\n\nTo find out m ore about the AGM process\, please see the following sections:\n\n\nRegist ration\nAll PSC individual members are entitled to attend the AGM\, as are delegates from PSC branches and affiliated organisations. To be entitled to vote you\, or your organisation\, must be a fully paid-up member by Fri day 30th October 2026. If you are unsure of whether your membership is up to date\, please register and we will be in touch if any payment is due. O nline registration is open until Friday 22nd January 2027 at 5pm. Postal r egistration closes on Wednesday 27th January 2027 at 5pm.\n\nAll individua l members receive one vote. Branches and affiliated organisations receive one vote\, except for national organisations with over 100\,000 members wh ich are entitled to 3 votes. One person may hold their own vote plus those of a branch or affiliate but will be required to cast all votes they hold in the same way during each vote.\n\nIf you wish to cast your individual vote as a member alongside any votes on behalf of a branch or affiliate\, please complete both forms.\nREGISTER AS AN INDIVIDUAL\nREGISTER ON BEHALF OF YOUR BRANCH OR AFFILIATE\nREGISTER BY POST\n\nMotions process\nPrior t o the AGM\, the Executive Committee in consultation with Branch representa tives attending our regular Branch Forums will compile PSC’s Annual Plan . This proposal is put to the AGM for approval and forms the core of our p lanned work over the coming year. In addition to the Annual Plan\, the AGM can consider motions which\, if passed\, are integrated into the plan.\n\ nMotions must be submitted using the following form by 5pm on Friday 4th D ecember 2026. After the distribution of motions\, any amendments must be s ubmitted using the following form by 5pm on Friday 15th January 2027.\n\nT o allow for a more accessible debate\, we request that members keep all mo tions below 300 words and all amendments below 100 words (full details are in PSC's constitution). Further guidance for those considering submitting motions can be found here.\n\nTo submit a motion or amendment\, please us e the following form:\nSUBMIT A MOTION\nSUBMIT AN AMENDMENT\n\nElections t o the PSC Executive Committee\nThe AGM elects members to serve on PSC’s Executive Committee and help lead the campaign until the next AGM. The Exe cutive meets in full at least six times a year with members also taking on diverse areas of work\, from campaign planning and organisational oversig ht to representing us externally or contributing to building PSC in differ ent areas of society. Most meetings take place virtually. The Executive Co mmittee constitute the Board of Directors of Palestine Solidarity Campaign Ltd. meaning members will be registered with Companies House\, with their name publicly listed as part of PSC's company information.\n\nThe positio ns available are Chair\, two Vice-Chairs\, Secretary\, Treasurer\, Trade U nion Liaison Officer\, plus 8 general Executive Members.\n\nAt least one V ice-Chair must be a woman. At least 4 general Executive Members must be wo men.\n\nAll members in good standing who have been PSC members since Frida y 31st July 2026 or before are eligible to stand.\n\nIf you wish to stand for election\, you must complete the following form by 5pm on Friday 4th D ecember 2026\, including providing details of a proposer\, seconder and a statement in support of your candidacy.\nABOUT EACH EC POSITION\nSUBMIT A NOMINATION\n\nElection to the PSC Appeals Committee\nWe are also seeking n ominations for volunteers to serve on PSC's Appeals Committee.
