The event will hear from leading campaigners in both Palestine an d Britain and the opportunity to vote to set our policies\, priorities and to elect our volunteer leadership for the year ahead.\n\nAhead of the AGM on Saturday 30th January 2027 there are numerous ways for you to take pa rt:\n\n \n\n Register to attend\, whether as an individual member or as a delegate from your branch or affiliated organisation\n Submit a motion or amendment\n Stand for election to the PSC Executive Committee\n\n\n\n& nbsp\;\n\nTo find out more about the AGM process\, please see the followin g sections:\n\n\nRegistration\nAll PSC individual members are entitled to attend the AGM\, as are delegates from PSC branches and affiliated organis ations. To be entitled to vote you\, or your organisation\, must be a full y paid-up member by Friday 30th October 2026. If you are unsure of whether your membership is up to date\, please register and we will be in touch i f any payment is due. Online registration is open until Friday 22nd Januar y 2027 at 5pm. Postal registration closes on Wednesday 27th January 2027 a t 5pm.\n\nAll individual members receive one vote. Branches and affiliated organisations receive one vote\, except for national organisations with o ver 100\,000 members which are entitled to 3 votes. One person may hold th eir own vote plus those of a branch or affiliate but will be required to c ast all votes they hold in the same way during each vote.\n\nIf you wish t o cast your individual vote as a member alongside any votes on behalf of a branch or affiliate\, please complete both forms.\nREGISTER AS AN INDIVID UAL\nREGISTER ON BEHALF OF YOUR BRANCH OR AFFILIATE\nREGISTER BY POST\n\nM otions process\nPrior to the AGM\, the Executive Committee in consultation with Branch representatives attending our regular Branch Forums will comp ile PSC’s Annual Plan. This proposal is put to the AGM for approval and forms the core of our planned work over the coming year. In addition to th e Annual Plan\, the AGM can consider motions which\, if passed\, are integ rated into the plan.\n\nMotions must be submitted using the following form by 5pm on Friday 4th December 2026. After the distribution of motions\, a ny amendments must be submitted using the following form by 5pm on Friday 15th January 2027.\n\nTo allow for a more accessible debate\, we request t hat members keep all motions below 300 words and all amendments below 100 words (full details are in PSC's constitution).\n\nTo submit a motion or a mendment\, please use the following form:\nSUBMIT A MOTION\nSUBMIT AN AMEN DMENT\n\nElections to the PSC Executive Committee\nThe AGM elects members to serve on PSC’s Executive Committee and help lead the campaign until t he next AGM. The Executive meets in full at least six times a year with me mbers also taking on diverse areas of work\, from campaign planning and or ganisational oversight to representing us externally or contributing to bu ilding PSC in different areas of society. Most meetings take place virtual ly. The Executive Committee constitute the Board of Directors of Palestine Solidarity Campaign Ltd. meaning members will be registered with Companie s House\, with their name publicly listed as part of PSC's company informa tion.\n\nThe positions available are Chair\, two Vice-Chairs\, Secretary\, Treasurer\, Trade Union Liaison Officer\, plus 8 general Executive Member s.\n\nAt least one Vice-Chair must be a woman.
