Benjamin Netanyahu has already threatened to break the ceasefire as soon as the first phase is complete. Disgracefully\ , Donald Trump has called for the ethnic cleansing of millions of Palestin ians from Gaza and Israel’s violence against Palestinians in the West Ba nk has not stopped. We must continue to demand a permanent ceasefire\, an end to all arms sales to Israel\, and justice for the Palestinian people.  \n\nOn Thursday 13th February answer the call of Palestinian trade union ists by taking action in your workplace. \n\nTens of thousands of trade u nionists in Britain have joined the huge national protests in London and e lsewhere and have been leading an array of solidarity actions. In Septembe r 2024\, TUC Congress unanimously passed a motion demanding an end to all licenses for arms traded with Israel\, meeting international law\, reaffir ming the need to renew focus to advance a strategy of boycott\, divestment and sanctions\, and recognising that all Palestinians are subjected to a system of oppression that is recognised internationally as apartheid. Cong ress also voted to adopt an emergency resolution to support calls for a UK -wide workplace day of action in support of an immediate ceasefire. \n\nP alestinian workers\, remaining steadfast in pursuing their struggle for fr eedom and justice\, have called on workers around the world to stand in so lidarity with them by campaigning to end the complicity of their governmen ts\, corporations and institutions in Israel’s system of oppression.   \n\nOn the 13th February\, join us and take action to call for an end to government and corporate complicity in Israel’s atrocities\, and mobili se for the national demonstration in London calling for a permanent ceasef ire and justice for Palestine.   \n\n  \n\nDiscuss with your colle agues in your branch about what kind of action is best suited to your work place and its circumstances. Take action in your workplace: \n\n Organi se a lunch-time walk-out in solidarity with Palestinians.
