3 prisoners associated with Palestine Action remain on hunger strike over the inhumane conditions of their detention. Heba Muraisi and Kamran Ahmed have been on hunger strike for 68 and 61 days respectively. Their condition is deteriorating rapidly. Both have been hospitalised repeatedly and are on the brink of death.
In October 2025, Heba was transferred from HMP Bronzefield in Surrey to HMP New Hall near Wakefield, hundreds of miles away from her family and support system in London, which are crucial as her health deteriorates.
Today, Friday 9 January 2026, and every day until the demands are met, join the mass phone-in of HMP Bronzefield to demand they accept Heba’s transfer request to be moved back, and that all repressive measures imposed on pro-Palestine activists detained at the prison are lifted.
Ring HMP Bronzefield on 01784 425690 (press 0 after the recorded message) and follow the script below.
Please remember that the person answering the phone is not responsible for the prison’s decisions. Be polite, but firm in asking that the message is passed on.

Hello,
I am a member of the public ringing to ask that HMP Bronzefield urgently accepts the transfer request of Heba Muraisi, one of the three prisoners associated with Palestine Action on hunger strike over their inhumane conditions. I am also asking that HMP Bronzefield lifts all the repressive and unfair conditions, including the unlawful non-association orders, imposed upon prisoners associated with Palestine Action.
I am extremely concerned about the rapidly deteriorating condition of the 3 prisoners who are on hunger strike, including Heba Muraisi, who has been on hunger strike for 68 days and is on the brink of death.
In October, Heba was transferred from HMP Bronzefield to HMP New Hall against her wishes, hundreds of miles away from her family and support system in London, which are crucial as her health deteriorates. This is in violation of her right to maintain meaningful contact with her family.
I am asking that HMP Bronzefield accepts Heba’s transfer request from HMP New Hall, and does everything in its power to ensure she is moved back, closer to her support system and family.
Prisoners associated with Palestine Action have faced harsh and inhumane conditions – including lack of adequate medical treatment, unlawful non-association orders, and censorship of their communications. I am therefore also asking that HMP Bronzefield respect the basic human rights of prisoners associated with Palestine Action detained at the prison, and lift all the repressive and unfair conditions that they are subject too.
Can you confirm that these requests will be passed on the Prison Director and senior management with extreme urgency? I ask for a written acknowledgement to confirm that this has been done.
