Call for action:
Israeli settlements built on Palestinian land in the West Bank are illegal under international law and opposed by the European Union and the UK Government. However, the UK Government and the EU allow goods from these illegal settlements to enter British markets. Despite the voluntary guidance goods are often mislabelled as goods ‘from Israel’ or their origin is not stated.
Call on the UK Government to exclude all goods from illegal settlements from our markets, and to press for an EU wide ban.
