Sainsbury’s uses suppliers that trade in products from illegal Israeli settlements.
In April 2013, The Co-operative stated that in line with its ethical policy it would ‘no longer engage with any supplier of produce known to be sourcing from the Israeli settlements’.
Palestine Solidarity Campaign UK and others are calling on Sainsburys to follow this example and to completely stop selling settlement produce. Join Tower Hamlets Jenin Friendship Association for an action to support this national BDS campaign locally.
