FOA Edinburgh: Palestine Exhibition and Fun day 14th May
The brothers and sisters of Gaza have suffered generation after generation !
The majority of kids there are suffering from Post-traumatic stress and 70% suffer from regular nightmares, after seeing their families murdered in from of them.
We at Friends of Al Aqsa-Edinburgh want to do a small act of kindness, even if it’s just for a couple of hours, we want them to be kids again and forget their suffering for a small moment in time.
So we are organizing a Palestinian Exhibition and Fun day, and we want you to be a part of this. We hope to raise money, and that money will go towards providing the Kids of Gaza an Eid party (transport, venue, food, entertainment and gift, Insha Allah).
Come and learn about the history, culture, traditions and struggles of Palestine at our exhibition. With presentations and a very special guest speaker not to be missed. At the same time, come and enjoy our funday. With workshops, food, stalls and games. Come and do your eid shopping and pick up bargains at our bric-a-brac stall or come and write a message to the children of Gaza.
