Friday 29th November is the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. This year more than ever, we must use this as an opportunity to demand meaningful solidarity: an end to all complicity in Israel’s ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people, whether that is in our workplaces, our schools and universities, or our government. It is up to us, wherever we are, to take urgent action to bring Israel’s genocide, its system of occupation, oppression and apartheid, to an end.

Join us by taking part in a week of collective action around the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People:

Friday 29th November

International Day of Solidarity

Put a poster in your window (download to print at home here; order a print here; or available in the Morning Star as a pull-out) to show your solidarity with the Palestinian people’s struggle for freedom.

Mosque mobilisation – Jummah for Palestine:

On this International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian people, here are actions you can do during Jummah prayers:

  • Jummah Khutbah – Dedicate your sermon to mobilising your congregation to take action in their workplace, place of education and local communities. 
  • Action Station – Set up a space for congregants to –  
  • Write letters to their MPs to take the following urgent steps –  
  • Clarify that the government that it will implement the ICC warrants. 
  • Demand the government impose a full arms embargo and sanctions on Israel. 
  • Share resources on workplace action. 
  • Lobby their local council to divest their Pension funds from companies financing the genocide. 
  • Mobilise congregants for the National Demonstration on Saturday 30th in Central London. 

 

 

 

Saturday 30th November

National March for Palestine 

Join us on our 22nd National March for Palestine, taking to the streets to demand an immediate ceasefire, an end to the occupation and to Israel’s system of colonial oppression.
