This is a crucial meeting — and we need you there.
Over the last 18 months, we have made huge progress in the campaign to stop Welsh local government pension funds investing in companies complicit in Israel’s genocide, occupation and apartheid.
Welsh public pension money has been invested in companies, including Elbit Systems and Palantir, arms companies supplying weapons and technology to Israel, companies connected to the illegal settlement enterprise in the occupied West Bank, and businesses contributing to environmental destruction.
✊ Half of Wales’ councils have now passed motions calling for divestment.
And there has been another important development: the Wales Pension Partnership has adopted an exclusion framework that could provide a route to excluding companies involved in grave violations of international law.
But we are not there yet. Adopting policies is one thing. Delivering real divestment is another. We need to make sure the Wales Pension Partnership follows through — and that means keeping up the pressure.

Dros y 18 mis diwethaf, rydym wedi gwneud cynnydd enfawr yn yr ymgyrch i atal cronfeydd pensiwn llywodraeth leol Cymru rhag buddsoddi mewn cwmnïau sy’n ymwneud â hil-laddiad, meddiannaeth ac apartheid Israel.
Mae arian pensiwn cyhoeddus Cymru wedi’i fuddsoddi mewn cwmnïau gan gynnwys Elbit Systems a Palantir, cwmnïau arfau sy’n cyflenwi arfau a thechnoleg, cwmnïau sy’n gysylltiedig â’r fenter aneddiadau anghyfreithlon yn y Lan Orllewinol a busnesau sy’n cyfrannu at ddinistrio’r amgylchedd.
✊ Mae hanner cynghorau Cymru bellach wedi pasio cynigion yn galw am ddadfuddsoddi.
Ac mae datblygiad pwysig arall wedi digwydd: mae Partneriaeth Pensiynau Cymru wedi mabwysiadu fframwaith gwahardd a allai ddarparu ffordd o wahardd cwmnïau sy’n ymwneud ag arfau dadleuol a chwmnïau sy’n torri normau rhyngwladol.
Ond nid ydym yno eto.
Mae mabwysiadu polisĂŻau yn un peth. Mae sicrhau dadfuddsoddi gwirioneddol yn beth arall.
Mae angen inni sicrhau bod Partneriaeth Pensiynau Cymru yn gweithredu — ac mae hynny’n golygu parhau â’r pwysau.
