Zubêr lives locally in Southsea, and has travelled extensively across the Middle East – including to Palestine and several UN Refugee Camps home to those exiled by successive Israeli Governments. He has met with many, many people whose lives have been blighted by the Israeli Occupation of Palestine that they’ve endured for 70 years since the Nakba (Catastrophe) that befell the Palestinians and has continued to grow into a living nightmare.
