Baroness Warsi, in answer to Lord Alton’s enquiry about a UK-funded human rights training programme for Sudan, names the Palestinian Human Rights Commission as one of three participants in a joint project to provide training and supporting literature on international human rights law to the Sudanese National Human Rights Commission.
