This week at Foreign Office Questions, MPs pressed the Government to take action to exclude settlement goods from UK shelves. MP Grahame Morris asked Foreign Secretary, William Hague, to consider introducing a ban on importing products from illegal Israeli settlements. The Foreign Secretary dodged Richard Burden MP’s request to confirm that such a ban would be legal.
PSC have been calling for a ban on settlement goods – help us press the Government to introduce a ban.

Today, Thursday 20th June, is World Refugee Day– a day Ban Ki-moon has used to “call on the international community to intensify efforts to prevent and resolve conflicts, and to help achieve peace and security so that families can be reunited and refugees can return home.”

Palestinian prisoners demand their rights
13 Palestinians are currently on hunger-strike at protest at their treatment by Israeli authorities – the highest number since last year. Israel continues to hold many prisoners without charge or trial, despite international protest.
